...and today we had a little something to celebrate. My girl has turned 8 years old. As I was getting her hair done for church this morning she said "Mom, I can't believe how fast the years go by!" She really has no idea what an understatement that was. I am worried at how fast the future will go by. Before I know it we will be celebrating 16, then 18, then a wedding...it all makes me want to cry. I love this girl more than I ever thought possible. She has done amazing things and makes our family so complete. Happy Birthday little {big} Ashlyn!

wow and 8 year old already!! I felt the same way you did when philip turned 8 and last summer Ellie turned 8 !! I kept thinking I am not old enough for this. The weird thing is now, Philip will be in young mens in a few short months. CRAZY!!!
