The beginning of summer was spent completing 2 sessions of swim lessons. It was great for the girls and a little exhausting for me. We are so lucky to have our friend, Teri, teach at her house just down the street. There is nothing like convenience! And it helps that she's just the best swim teacher ever!
We were there, every morning, cheering for Ashlyn to do her best. She has become the best little swimmer. Last year was kind of the break through year for her when she got over her fear of being on her own in the water. This year was so great because she is a real swimmer. She has learned all of the strokes and now just needs to work on endurance and getting even better. I no longer have to worry about her in the pool! {For all of you {mom} gasping out there, I do still watch her in the pool, I just don't have to worry...}

Seems like just yesterday when I was jumping ON TOP of my swim teacher off the diving board instead of next to her in the water where she was patting for me to land...

Swim lessons and I have a love hate relationship. I hate the stress of packing the kids up and getting to them on time for two weeks straight, then again a few eeks later for two more weeks. But I love to see them enjoying the water and learning to swim.
Lucky you she lives down the street. (I'm jealous)
